BlueOrchard Capital is the private equity business arm of the BlueOrchard group of companies, a leading global commercial asset manager in microfinance, with close to US$ 1 billion under management.
Due to strong projected growth, BlueOrchard Capital is currently looking for a Senior Private Equity and Microfinance specialist to reinforce its team.
Candidates should have the following profile:
- Strong long-term interest in the microfinance industry.

Minimum 10 years private equity experience with
- Strong financial background;
- Emerging market experience / microfinance experience;
- Banking consolidation experience an asset.
- Availability to travel extensively to emerging markets.
- Good team player and strong inter-personal capabilities.
- Excellent representation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English (spoken, written and read) a must. other languages an asset.
