Required documentation
To be considered for a loan, the MFI needs to supply the following documents:
Documents:
- Audited accounts for the last 1 to 3 years*
- A presentation of your institution
- External ratings or evaluations
- A list of board members and key managers with brief biographies
- A list of all shareholders, donors and creditors
- A business plan for the next three years
- All legal registration documents
- An internal audit report
Online reporting in BlueOrchard's database:
- Financial information for the last 1 to 3 years*
- Annual portfolio analysis for the last 1 to 3 years*
- Monthly financial and portfolio analysis for the last two months
After a loan is granted, the MFI will need to supply the following information:
- Monthly data reporting in BlueOrchard online database
- Semi-annual portfolio and financial information in BlueOrchard online database
- Annual update of audited accounts, rating and business plan
