5. Regulation clearance and forex hedging mechanisms are set up (if required)
6. BlueOrchard's Credit Committee reviews the investment proposal
7. Decision to invest or not 
8. BlueOrchard carries out ongoing monthly monitoring and an annual on-site visit 
9. BlueOrchard provides full transparency for investors (newsletter, internet reporting, etc.)

Total process time (stages 1 through 7): 3-6 months for a new MFI, 2 weeks for existing clients in good standing.
