Due to strong projected potential growth in Asia, and China in particular, we are currently looking for investment managers to strengthen our team.

Candidates should have the following profile:

• Strong long-term interest in the microfinance industry.
• Minimum 5 years private equity experience and / or debt origination with
 - strong financial / operational background;
 - emerging market experience / microfinance experience.
• Significant investment business experience in China.
• Availability to travel extensively throughout Asia / China.
• Good team player and strong inter-personal capabilities.
• Excellent representation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken, written and read) a must.

Main working location will ideally be Beijing. Other base locations are negotiable.
